We offer free shipping on orders over £50 and charge a flat rate of £9.99 for orders under that amount

 

Our meat is sourced only from British farms, we believe strongly in supporting our British farmers and reducing food miles.
Orders are processed for delivery within two working days and sent by next day delivery, we'll keep you updated when your order has been dispatched, our courier will then provide a 2 hour window on the morning of delivery.

 

Orders are packed into sturdy, temperature-controlled boxes or wool cool bags our insulated boxes and bags are designed to last up to 48hrs keeping your order fresher for longer.

As all our meat products will arrive vacuum-packed, the perfect conditioning environment, the general use-by date is 5 days from the packed-by date. All our orders are prepared the morning that they go out for delivery and each product has a label with the dates mentioned. Our ready meals are tray wrapped and have a shorter shelf life of 3-4 days.

We currently deliver to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish highlands due to courier restrictions.

We aim to deliver your order to you within 24 hours of dispatch. However, we use a third-party courier for our national deliveries and occasionally they may be delayed. As our insulated packaging will keep your order properly chilled for up to 72 hours in the winter and 48 hours in the summer from dispatch, a delay within these timeframes will not affect your order quality.

At Black mountain Meats, all our beef is matured for at least 21 days and all our steaks are matured for a tasty minimum of 28 days, giving customers meat that delivers on in-depth flavour and beautiful tenderness when cooked.
